Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vita application and website ("Service"), published by Lineage HQ FZ LLC, Dubai, UAE. By using Vita, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You agree to use Vita only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription system.

Vita offers tiered subscriptions:

• Vita Free — no charge.
• Vita+ — auto-renewing monthly subscription. Price displayed at checkout in your local currency. Founding member price locked at time of purchase.
• Vita Legacy — one-time purchase. Price displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Lineage HQ does not store payment details.

Refunds: Handled by Apple per Apple's refund policy. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page.

Cancellation: Via iPhone Settings — Subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you grant Vita access to Apple HealthKit, you acknowledge that health and fitness data from HealthKit will be used to calculate your Vita Score. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes, consistent with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.

Vita is a personal life-tracking and scoring tool. Nothing in Vita constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use Vita's health metrics as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns.

Vita connects to third-party services (Spotify, Strava, etc.) under your authorisation. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party services or for changes to their APIs that affect Vita's functionality.

You retain ownership of data you enter into Vita. You grant Lineage HQ a limited licence to store and process that data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lineage HQ's total liability for any claim arising from the use of Vita is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service is provided as-is.

You may stop using Vita at any time. We may suspend your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your stored data will be deleted within 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
