Privacy Policy

Vita is a life-score and personal data aggregation app published by Lineage HQ FZ LLC, Dubai, UAE. App Store bundle ID: co.lineagehq.vita. Contact: [email protected].

Account data. When you create a Vita account, we collect your email address and name. This is stored in our Supabase database (see "Where data is processed" below).

Apple HealthKit data. If you grant permission, Vita reads health metrics from Apple Health — including step count, workout data, sleep, heart rate, and other data you have stored in HealthKit. We store aggregated scores derived from this data in our database. We do not sell or share raw HealthKit data with any third party.

Third-party app integration data. If you connect integrations (Spotify, Strava, Google Maps, Letterboxd, etc.), we receive data from those services via their APIs under the permissions you grant. This data is used to calculate your Vita Score dimensions and generate your personal narrative. It is stored on our servers.

Usage data. We collect anonymised usage analytics to understand how the app is used (screens visited, feature engagement). This data is not tied to your identity for advertising purposes.

Subscription receipts. Subscription management is handled via the App Store and RevenueCat (US-based). RevenueCat receives your App Store receipt. It does not receive your health or life data.

Waitlist email. If you joined the pre-launch waitlist, we stored your email address for launch notification purposes only.

Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Supabase region depends on the deployment configuration at the time you create your account. Your account and score data is stored there.

RevenueCat (United States) — subscription management. Receives App Store receipt data only.

Apple App Store — app distribution and payment processing.

Third-party API providers — when you connect integrations (Spotify, Strava, etc.), data flows from those services to Vita's servers for processing. You can revoke any integration at any time from within the app.

AI-generated narratives are computed on our servers. No narrative data is shared with advertisers.

• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not share raw Apple HealthKit data with any service outside of Vita.
• We do not use your data for any purpose beyond providing the Vita service.

Vita is intended for users aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact [email protected] for deletion.

• Delete account: email [email protected]. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
• Export data: contact us to request a copy of your stored data.
• Revoke integrations: any third-party integration can be disconnected from within the app at any time.
• Opt out of analytics: contact us to request exclusion from anonymised analytics.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Supabase encrypts data at rest. We use access controls to limit who within our team can access user data. No system is completely secure; we will notify you if a breach affects your data.

Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice and by updating the effective date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
