Question 1

How does Vita calculate my score?

Accepted Answer

Vita pulls data from the apps you already use — Spotify, Apple Health, Google Maps, Instagram, Goodreads, and 25+ more. It measures activity across 7 life dimensions: Explorer, Connector, Mover, Creator, Learner, Experiencer, and Builder. Each dimension is scored 0–100 based on real data, then blended into a single Vita Score.

Question 2

Is my data private and secure?

Accepted Answer

Vita runs on your device. It reads your connected sources directly from your phone and scores them there — there is no Vita server holding your messages, photos, files or activity history, and no account in the cloud behind your score. The keys that let Vita read a connected service are stored in the iOS Keychain, tied to that one device and never synced to iCloud; disconnecting a source deletes its key on the spot. The only thing that reaches our servers is the sign-in handshake with each service, handled server-side so the app never has to carry those credentials. We do not sell your data — we do not hold it.

Question 3

Which data sources does Vita support?

Accepted Answer

At launch: Apple Health, Strava, Spotify, Netflix, Google Maps, iCloud Photos, WhatsApp, Instagram, Letterboxd, Goodreads, Flightradar24, and TripAdvisor. Coming soon: Garmin, Oura Ring, YouTube, Kindle, LinkedIn, GitHub, Chess.com, Calm, Audible, Duolingo, and more. You can also add sources manually.

Question 4

When does Vita launch?

Accepted Answer

Vita is on TestFlight now and the public iOS launch is next. Founding members get access about two weeks ahead of the general public, with a personalised onboarding email and a unique access link. The waitlist hears the launch date first.

Question 5

What's the difference between Free, Vita+, and Legacy?

Accepted Answer

Free gives you your Vita Score, 7 dimension breakdowns, and Vita Wrapped (your annual life report). Vita+ (AED 19.99/month or AED 119.99/year, with a 7-day free trial) adds the AI Coach, advanced analytics, smart alerts, and unlimited data sources. Legacy is a lifetime membership with everything in Vita+ plus a permanent record of your life story — your data, your achievements, your score history, forever.

Question 6

What does 'founding member' mean?

Accepted Answer

Founding members are the first 500 people on the waitlist. You get 6 months of Vita+ free when we launch and your name in the app's founding credits.

Question 7

Can I use Vita on Android?

Accepted Answer

iOS launches first and Android follows. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you the moment it's available — Android users who join now are still treated as founding members.

Question 8

Will my score improve over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the point. Vita shows you exactly which dimensions are pulling your score down and gives you specific, data-backed suggestions to improve them.
